Liar in chief!

Donald Trump is a serial liar. He lies constantly and quite literally about everything. The question is: are Trump’s lies a conscious statement of what he wants and wants people to think, or are they an alternate reality world that he actually lives in and believes is real? In other words, are his lies a measure of how truly mean and evil he is — or of how truly crazy he is? It is hard to know which is more frightening.
